Hello and Welcome!
My name is Jazz and i have been working in health and wellbeing for over 18 years. I began teaching fitness classes and progressed into offering instructor training. Along the way, mindfulness and wellbeing played such a powerful role on my journey and becoming both a Pilates and Yoga instructor was one of the best decisions i have made in my career. I love bringing people more connected to their bodies, movement with the intention to build longevity and to feel good.
In time, i decided to train up in a range of different holistic therapies and have found that both offerings compliment each other so well, both movement and holistic therapy benefiting from the accompaniment of meditation and seeing clients in both settings allows me to connect with them more in either setting.
I now offer Mindful Evenings held in the local area every 4-6 weeks, these can be booked via email and message, and are both promoted via my social media @mindbodysoulwithjazz on insta or on facebook @mindbodysoulwithjazz, as well as my Whatsapp group (please text me your name if you would like to join this group for regular updates - 07747827824).
Mindful Evenings consist of a theme which changes from session to session, in the past i have covered topics such as crystal grids, releasing the spine and Manifesting Mindfulness. I always finish these 2.5hr evenings with a sound meditation.
Along with Mindful Evenings i also run Mindful retreats which i also promote via email, Whatsapp and social media.
You have the option here to set up a membership for classes that are delivered in one of the local halls - Lydiard Millicent, Roughmoor or Hook. Alternatively you can choose to pay as you go.

Class descriptions
-Pilates - Great for strengthening your deep core muscles to protect the spine and reduce the risk of injury - a floor based class. This class also helps with mobility.
-Restorative Yoga - A gentle class suitable for all abilities, gentle stretches using a bolster. We work into the fascia and practice different meditative techniques to release physical and emotional tension.
-Relaxation - Time to chill, a combination of gentle stretching and a guided meditation.
-Weights Strength Session - Strength work with weights - i have some spare for you to try with for a few weeks before purchasing your own.
-Aerobics/Fitness Fun - Accessible cardiovascular training where we move our body to music, suitable for beginners. There is the option to add hand weights on Fridays for a new additional strength section.
-Yogalates For All - suitable for beginners, standing yoga followed by floor work and Pilates conditioning.
Requires a foundation level of fitness, I.e. - able to move easily from the floor to standing
No equipment needed - unless specified.
-Yogalates Fitness - a fitness class fusion of Yoga and Pilates, this class strengthens upper body, lower body and core..
-Vinyasa Yoga - This terms means to join movements together in a 'special' a beautiful flow class to build strength, flexibility and connect with yourself..
